I stayed here for 2 days but on Sunday the power went out at 2pm while I was sleeping and experienced terrible heat. The water in the bathroom was too weak, the towels were dry and hard, looked very old. The soundproofing was super bad, you could hear the sounds outside clearly from inside the room. Overall, the experience was not good. The plus points are that there is a car park and it is close to the center.

Ngay trung tâm Phan Rang, đi đâu cũng tiện. Sạch sẽ, nhiều hàng quán xung quanh, bãi đậu xe rộng và tiện lợi. Có cái là phòng của mình bồn chứa nước toilet bị rỉ nước xì xèo cả đêm, vừa ồn vừa tốn nước, lỗi này đáng ra đã được dễ dàng phát hiện và sửa trước khi giao cho khách.

I checked in, but the hotel did not change the new bed sheets and pillows for me, but used the old set of the previous guest, the pillow still had the smell of the old guest's sweat, and also used the bed decoration to cover the old stains. When I called the receptionist to ask for a new pillow, the receptionist attitude, smirking, not only did not apologize, but also asked: "Is that so?" You will definitely not be respected and have to share pillows with many other guests when staying at this hotel, please consider carefully before choosing.

I had a wonderful short stay with Queen Hotel. The room is clean and cool even though the air conditioner is not on. The price is too good, right in the center to eat or go to the sea too close. Next to the hotel 2, 3, there is a very delicious Nam Vang noodle shop. Next time I have the opportunity to visit, I will continue to visit Queen Hotel
