The WC faucet is broken, the water in the washbasin is too small, the drain in the bathroom is blocked, so when flushing to take a shower, the water almost cannot drain, but it has to wait 10 minutes to gradually run out.

Staffs were rude and not paying any attention while serving customers. I am mentioning the staffs who served buffet morning on 10th floor. I asked for an omelette and they made the omelette not as describe at all. Even worse, the cooker left the omelette at their cooking space without bringing to table, and they did not bother calling or notifying me to come and get my dish. The egg was left cold. The morning buffet was a disaster. Some of them are left over, not fresh!

Nice room, clean, 3 star standard. Staff are very enthusiastic. Near Lam Son Square, the city center is convenient to move. The deluxe rooms are fine, only the soundproofed suite is not soundproofed so it is sleepy.

Everything is good: Hotel in the center, nice room, polite and enthusiastic staff, breakfast buffet is delicious and rich. The only thing that needs to be resolved is to move the air conditioner to another place, not to let cold air into the bed because it can make a cold.

The hotel is clean, the room is very nice, the city center location, on Phan Chu Trinh street, concentrates most of big hotels and big banks. The receptionists and the dining room are very polite, so rare. The buffet breakfast menu is quite rich, The way to cook and delicious dishes proves that the chef is skilled and talented. Only one thing that the hotel needs to think about is that the air conditioner must be slightly cold right at the bed, which is quite uncomfortable, if not careful, it can catch a cold like playing. Hope the hotel will overcome this drawback to be perfect.
