- I booked 2 nights, sea corner queen bed room. I got a room with 2 single beds combined & city view. Couldn't sleep at night because the 2 mattresses were split in half. - On the morning of the 2nd day, I asked to change rooms, the front desk said 14:00 will change rooms & ask for my phone number. At 17:00, 2 cleaning staff opened the room door and cleaned the room because they were told that the guest had checked out. They called the owner, the owner asked me to go down to the front desk to change the room, the reason why the reception could not call me (I did not receive any missed calls) - When you went down to the reception, you said it was because the owner did not contact me. contact, but the reception does not know (although I directly contact the front desk to ask to change rooms). The room was changed to the right double bed & sea corner. - On the evening of the 2nd day, I contacted the reception to ask for a surcharge & late check out (because I had a late flight). The receptionist gave the owner's phone number and asked me to contact it myself. The journalist who checks out before 17:00 will surcharge 50% of the room rate, does not provide an account number or a way for me to pay the surcharge even if I ask. Also did not inform me that I need to go to the front desk to renew the card. - On the third day, I went out, at noon, I returned to my room around 13:00 to pack up my luggage, then went out to play. 16:30 I went back to my room to check out, the card was locked. When I contacted the host, she told the front desk I couldn't call (I still didn't receive any missed calls) and asked me to go down to the front desk to unlock the card. - When checking out, the reception did not receive the surcharge information, until I asked, the reception called the owner to get the information, I had to wait another 10 minutes for the receptionist & the host to confirm each other. - The front desk is very crowded & the waiting time is long because they do checkin checkout for > 10 units in Panorama building. - The elevator is overloaded, dizzy when changing the elevator (the elevator going from the ground floor to the living room & the elevator going from the ground floor to the parking lot are 2 different elevators) - The receptionist blames the owner, the owner blames the reception. The tenant is very tired.
