the hotel is quite new, facing inside the lane. no more noisy noise from nearby construction. staff was excellent, helped me as i was sick. breakfast too simple, no menu, no buffet style, just noodle, bread, banana & yogurt daily. if just hotel room nice & clean..friendly staff...nearby a lot restaurants, lotteria just walk 5min

The only thing I like is the enthusiastic and polite staff, the rest of the facilities are normal, the bathroom ceiling is damp and leaky, the room is hot, poor soundproofing, guests on the upper floors can hear clearly when walking. Next door there is a construction site under construction from 6am to 5pm (including weekends) causing noise pollution.

The facilities are quite degraded, around 6am it was very noisy so I couldn't sleep anymore, with that price I don't feel very satisfied.

The hotel is quiet and clean. The housekeeping staff was enthusiastic and friendly, the receptionist was gentle, cheerful, and courteous. The hotel lobby waiting space has fresh flowers. The room is fully equipped with necessary equipment and utensils. Always asked if there is a shortage of towels or other items to supplement. If I have the opportunity to go to Hanoi, I will come back here to stay.

Phòng có mùi siêu siêu tệ từ toilet lan ra cả phòng. Mình mua cả xịt phòng về xịt mà không thể át nổi mùi. Bồn cầu thì không xả được nước. Phòng vừa bước vào đã có mấy con kiểu bọ hay muỗi gì đó bay xung quanh. Nhân viên cũng khá lịch sự nhưng thật sự trải nghiệm phòng quá tệ. Với giá 900k/đêm không phải quá rẻ mình đã hy vọng gì đó tốt hơn. Ít nhất là cần sạch sẽ. Thậm chí chồng mình còn không hài lòng đến mức muốn bỏ phòng thuê chỗ khác dù chỉ là 1 đêm.
