The apartment here is fully equipped with all amenities, everything is clean. The receptionist here is very attentive, thoughtful and easy to contact, if any questions. The bathroom, kitchenware, medical supplies are more careful than I expected. New TV, fully installed Android TV, standard version. Rice cooker, pan, kettle... ice trays are also ready. Will come back for a long time.

While I was sleeping, the male staff opened the door to my room while I was a girl. I stayed for a few days but then booked another day. It was my fault for booking another day but I couldn't get a refund for that day. I moved to another nearby facility and had to pay an additional 300k. The room I stayed in was ok when I went to change the mattress, but later the staff called and said the sheets were stained with bleach and couldn't be cleaned and they charged me an additional 600k, but I said I didn't do it, so they reduced the price to 470k. While I was wearing pajamas. I mainly lived in the living room. The hotel staff sent me a photo of the sheets and insisted on making me pay for it and told me to do it. Why didn't you check the room when you moved out and tell me right away?

Khách sạn có bếp để nấu nướng, dụng cụ đầy đủ, có nồi cơm điện đến dao thớt đến ly rượu vang. Chỉ cần đưa gia vị vào là dùng như bếp ở nhà. Khách sạn có dịch vụ dọn phòng miễn phí và thay tất cả ga gường, khăn tắm đến bàn chải đánh răng mỗi ngày. Rác cùng được dọn mỗi ngày. Thường dọn phòng vào buổi sáng. Nếu hôm đó bạn không ở phòng, bộ phận vệ sinh sẽ tự vào phòng dọn dẹp và lúc bạn về sẽ cảm thấy dễ chịu vì căn phòng gọn gàng và mát mẻ vì họ mở sẵn máy lạnh Phải nói đây là 1 nơi đáng để suy nghĩ nếu bạn có kỳ nghỉ dài ngày ở Hà Nội
