Spacious room, cheap price, room with bathtub and hot water are credit for this hotel. Room cleaning service everyday. However, there was 1 lady with short hair, assisted us during checked in was not nice, dealing with customer like “our hotel are loved by many people, it does not matter if you stay or not …”, bossy attitude. Playing hand phone and don't even care how were our stayed while we checked out. Night shift receptionist is polite and helpful. Sincerely feedback for hotel administrator to manage correctly staff as important as the front of the hotel.

We had asked for one bed instead of two but hotel staff was rude & not professional at all. He stated we had to go through the app for all our needs. The hotel had no responsibility what so ever.

Very good service, friendly and enthusiastic staff. Hotel rooms are clean and airy❤️

Utilities do not work, specifically the swimming pool does not work, there is a Tet surcharge when paying on the spot, the app should note this information for guests to know before booking through the app
