The location is very convenient, and the beach is only about a 600m walk away. The facilities are a bit old but still usable. It's a decent place.

Khách sạn khá mới, có 2 thang máy và hầm gửi xe rộng, nhân viên nhiệt tình, phòng cũng xinh. Điểm trừ nhiều nhất là ga - gối - mền không thay, khách out xong trải lại tiếp cho khách mới ở, tóc và lông dính đầy trên mền và gối, mình dễ tính nên chỉ lột ra và ngủ tạm vài tiếng cho đến sáng. Đây là điều mà khách đi ở khách sạn dị ứng nhất luôn, vừa vào phòng là nhìn cái giường trước tiên. Mong khách sạn tiếp thu ý kiến của khách để hoàn thiện hơn dù giá phòng cao hay thấp thì dịch vụ cũng phải tốt chứ không phải cứ giá thấp là làm qua loa được!

Poor service, rooms do not meet the needs: smelly, dirty, clogged drains, noisy, very smelly pillow and bed sheets. The accompanying service (laundry) is not clear, 2 sets of 1 coat are charged 5kg. When asking the staff, the answer is "counting the whole country". Attitude is not good.

The room is small, but the air conditioner works well, the bathroom is clean, there is adequate hot water, no sewer smell. Soft mattress, closed room with no noise. It's also relatively close to the sea, so it's okay to walk a bit. Ok ok!

Mình đặt 2 phòng garden view với 1 giường đôi 1 giường đơn và 1 sofa bed, và phòng gia đình tiêu chuẩn với 1 giường đơn vad 1 giường đôi. Cả 2 phòng đều dành cho 4 người nhưng khi nhận phòng garden view lại thiếu 1 gối và 1 mền. Báo với lễ tân thì nhận được thông tin là nếu muốn thêm 1 mền phải mất phí 100k. Trong khi mức giá phòng garden view cao hơn nhưng số lượng mền gối lại y như phòng còn lại. Mình phải nói chuyện rõ ràmg và yêu cầu lễ tân làm việc lại với chủ thì mới được thêm mền gối. Nhưng mền có vết ố vàng, nhìn trực quan không được sạch

Đặt phòng 1 giường view city nhưng nhận phòng 2 giường đơn view city. Anh lễ tân diễn đạt hơi khó hiểu ý hehe, không có máy sấy tóc Điểm cộng phòng mới tinh, sạch sẽ, gần trung tâm, nhân viên giao tiếp tốt, view cũng bình thường. Cho 4* là ổn, giá ngày thường hơn 370k.
