The hotel is conveniently located, although the facilities are not very modern, everything works well, there is central air conditioning so the room is always cool, the room is clean and tidy. Especially the bellmen are very enthusiastic and friendly, the service from A to Z is 10 points

Therefore, all vehicles are prohibited during this period. To provide our guest with the best experience, please advise the hotel the arrival flight details or arrival time in advance for our Concierge team to assist with your luggage at our normal pick up point – Bitexco Finance Tower (Corner of Ngo Duc Ke and Ho Tung Mau Street)
Club Lounge benefits to room types: Club room, Club Suite room, Club Grand Suite room and Apartments "Buffet breakfast at Ocean Queen Restaurant, or continental breakfast at the Club Lounge - Afternoon tea & snacks (daily, from 14:00 to 17:00) - Evening cocktail & canapes (daily, from 17:30 to 19:30) - Tea, coffee and soft drink daily serving at Club Lounge - Late check-out until 15:00 (subject to availability) - 1-hour use of the Club Lounge meeting room per day (subject to availability) - 15% discount offered to the hotel transportation service"

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. We were informed upgrades are available if you pay. Hotel is at the walking street so it is very convenient. The hotel is very old. The bathroom has a sweat scent of smell! Our room is at the back of the hotel so it was quieter than the front. The window view was an abandoned building. The bed is hard but we like it to support our back. When we checked out at the hotel, we have to wait for 10 minutes for them to check the drinks in the fridge were not consumed. They also checked on the towels. The booklet said free local calls. They tried to charge 4 minutes of local calls. No VIP perks was provided.

Enjoyed our stay here. Staff were friendly and welcoming, hotel was very clean and bright. The hotel location is perfect if you want to be right where the Saigon district 1 action is. Located right across from Nguyen Hue walking street, and close to Saigon Centre and many shopping areas. Lots of street food, restaurants, and cafes all around the area.
Maybe a tad noisy for some people, but for us it wasn't that bad at all.
Great view from the room, not much action during the day but at night you can see everyone at Nguyen Hue walking street.
We've stayed at other (and more expensive) hotels in the area but for the value, location, convenience, I'd say this is our new favorite hotel.
Highly recommend this hotel, we'll also be back if we're ever in Saigon again!

Hotel staff were highly attentive and friendly, room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Used the gym twice during my stay, surprisingly well stocked for a hotel gym, one of the treadmills doesn't work though and the other one shut off twice within 10 minutes, otherwise all other equipment and machines were excellent. Lots of cafes within walking distance.

We booked a superior room overlooking the river what we did not know it was over some nightclub the noise it was that loud the room was vibrating I called to reception asked to change rooms answer I will get back to you I eventually went down and exchanged words with the manager who reassigned a room the new room I was given was a down grade but I did not get downgrade prices I was not the only guest asking for a room change

check in on New Year's Eve. road closures and crazy crowds. though right in the middle of it, the hotel made sure that only guests could enter. well done! they even had a new year's countdown party in the lobby.
my bed broke just before i wanted to sleep, but the hotel staff were quick in coming to fix the issue. really appreciate what they have done.
