My family stayed at this hotel for 2 days and 1 night. The hotel recently repainted the rooms so they look new. The hotel cleaned the rooms and made them smell fresh. The staff, receptionists, and security guards were all very cheerful and friendly. The hotel is right next to the park facing the sea, convenient for entertainment. Right next to Tam Thang Tower, within walking distance.

My room is 705, the glass wall panel in the right toilet fell out, the doormat was not replaced so when I checked in it was still wet. The hygiene is not good. I had breakfast on the second day, the hotel said there were few guests so they reduced the food and filled it up. I came back because the last time it was very good so this time I booked 5 rooms but the experience of all 5 rooms was not good. The hotel seems to be degraded, the toilet in the lobby is not cleaned so it smells very bad. If it is a 4 star hotel like that, I will not come back again.

My room is 809, Deluxe room but it doesn't seem any different from a normal room except for the TV with YouTube but the price is a few hundred thousand more. Although it's on the 8th floor, there are a lot of mosquitoes. I hope the hotel pays attention.
