Small room and space - not as good as on the pictures and description on the app, sketchy bathroom facilities, poor soundproofing room (people walking or talking outside are very noisy), the smell of toilet drain is quite bad . With this experience and the price (420k/room), it's...!

The room is not too big but really clean with good service also. There are so many hotels in this area but after going around and checking, it's only 2 good ones, and Sao Bien is one of them. Not too far from the city center. Nearby 2 very malls for all of your requirement of food and entertainment. Nearby so many restaurants with a economic price.
