Okela hotel, everyone. Beautiful sea view, convenient location, I went after the holiday so there were not many people so it was very comfortable. Because it was hot, when I entered the room, the refrigerator was leaking water (but after turning on the air conditioner for a while, it was fine). What I was not very satisfied with was that the floor and slippers were a bit dusty (I looked under the bed and there was quite a lot of dust under there so maybe the staff didn't clean it often). Overall, I was still very satisfied, the staff were very friendly and polite, the rooms were neat, the interior was simple and modern.

The hotel should give instructions before guests arrive, that they should look on GG map for Queen Ann Hotel or 100 Tran Phu and go into the alley next door, not look for Sunkiss Hotel, because if you look for Sunkiss Hotel, GG map will show you the way to the back door of the hotel. I really didn't know this, I arrived 1 day early to leave my luggage, followed GG map, so when I arrived I went in through the back door, when I asked the staff, you were a bit rude, not rude but you weren't very friendly to me, like the assumption was that guests should know the way, etc. I like the design of the room, modern, neat, beautiful, I stayed on the 8th floor and found the sea view quite nice, if I stayed on a higher floor the view would probably be more open The bathroom does not have a shelf at the right height, only a shelf right under the feet, bending up and down is a bit inconvenient The room is not very soundproof, I can't hear the noise of vehicles on the street but can still hear the noise in the hallway and the room next door Breakfast is decent, delicious but not diverse if you stay for a long time, I stayed for 1 night so it's not a problem, but if you go for 3 days or more, there are really few choices

The room is located in an alley, easy to get to, friendly staff. But I'm not satisfied with the hygiene issue. When I arrived, the elevator was a bit dirty because other guests came back from swimming in the sea and brought back some slimy water, but the next day I still saw that the elevator had not been cleaned, it had a slight smell + the floor of the room was sticky, had to wear slippers, otherwise walking barefoot would make my feet black, so I'm a bit concerned about the hygiene issue here.

Everything is good. I can see the sea from my room, so beautiful (not all rooms have this view - I just guess). Easy to go to the beach - you only need 2 minutes to walk. The room was clean and refilled every day. Breakfast was always good and had variety. Thanks for a wonderful stay here, especially the beautiful receptionist.

The room is very clean. Super enthusiastic and welcoming staff. The breakfast buffet is so full of vermicelli, instant noodles, fried rice, fried vermicelli, and western cakes. Wow, so much food, breakfast feels like lunch. Staying in the cheapest room costs more than 400k but is too fully equipped. Spacious room. Near sea. Busy surroundings. If I passed away, I would still be here

New room and very clean. It's a bit small, but because I'm traveling, I don't need it to be too big. Everything is very ok, but if you go by car, parking is a bit confusing. Very good price with quality. Can walk near the beach. Breakfast buffet is okay

The staff is not very enthusiastic. Buffet is ok, although not diverse although it changes every day. (Can't ask for anything more at the price of 500k-600k with sea view like that) The housekeeping department will clean the room every day, whether I request it or not --> It may be annoying for some people, not me :)) Nice room.

Khách sạn đẹp, sạch sẽ, dọn phòng mỗi ngày, lễ tân 2 bạn rất thân thiện, giá rất ok, sau này có quay lại NT sẽ vẫn ở khách sạn này. bé mình bệnh ói cả đêm nhưng hôm sau dọn phòng không chút phàn nàn. View biển rất đẹp. xung quanh tạp hoá nhà dân giặt đồ rất thân thiện

Phòng và view đẹp, tuy nhiên hồ bơi rất nhỏ, xung quanh khá bẩn chứ không được đẹp như ảnh chụp. Phòng Gym cũng rất bé. Quy mô khách sạn nhỏ nên buffet sáng cũng không được phong phú. Gần trung tâm nên dễ di chuyển. Nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình
