The location is l fantastic. It was convenient to get to D1 and D3. The photos on the web are inaccurate as the furnitures are very old and dirty. Access to the pool was very challenging as the building management seems to discriminate against short term let.

Bryan greeted us at the door when we arrived. Escorted us to the rooms that were perfect. Washer in both rooms which was a major bonus. A+++ Booking

The property is very spacious. It is a corner unit on the 26th floor so has a great views. Lots of windows and light. Outdoor space available. Hot water and air conditioning are both excellent. Also, this owner provided 2 security keys so we had the option of going places separately and not worrying about getting back in. We’ve stayed in this building 4 other times and no one else provided two keys. Unfortunately, the beds were not comfortable. Pretty much like sleeping directly on a box spring without a mattress. Also, as in the other properties in this building, each person gets one scratchy thin bath towel. No hand towels or face cloths. This would be an easy fix to upgrade. The pool at this property is huge and beautiful but using it is not easy. You can’t just walk down and use it. You have to be signed in each day of use by the property owner. Also, the pool is closed on Mondays. This unit was by far the nicest we’ve had in this building. This building is in a good location. Easy walk to district 1 or cheap GRAB ride if you don’t like walking. Good convenience store options on the street level of the building. Overall, a good place to stay.

It wasn’t like the picture on the description but overall it was ok. It was located right next to the river and there is a mini market below the apartment so that was convenient.

Nice place and very good service

This was a great option for the city. Service was great and made very welcome. Very safe and secure setup, which i liked. One small negative - I would say you need to take taxis more from here than perhaps I had expected. It would be good to download GRAB or similar app to phone... Otherwise a good stay.

Such a lovely place with an amazing view. My host - Giang was super friendly and supportive. She was there whenever I needed help. I'm glad that I found this place. Will definitely staying again in the future.

This apartment is very conveniently located. It has everything that you need for a nice stay in HCMC and the bed is very comfortable. The AC works perfectly which is important to us. Thank you!

The view was amazing. Staff were extremely accommodating and welcoming.

The view was probably my favorite thing about the property. I didn't close my curtains because it was so nice to be able to people-watch HCMC from many stories up before getting my day started. Both in the morning and at night, the view was beautiful.

Big and clean apartment with a nice view and rather central location. The only hard thing to figure out is which of those elevators works with the key card.

The 3 bedroom apartment we rented was spacious and very clean. The rooftop pool is very nice. Communications with management were very easy.

Great apartment and location. Lovely service by Lily who looks after the apartment. Location is just outside district one and lovely walk to the likes of the War Museum etc. 24 hour supermarket underneath block for supplies. Only negatives were the apartment could have been cleaned a bit better on arrival. Would definitely though stay there again

Because I was working in HCMC being able to come home to swim and relax in the big beautiful pool deck was fabulous. Good it is so close to district 1. Suggest you get a room on eastern side of building as afternoon sun fierce but then you would not have the view of the river

Great location, only a short walk or taxi ride into District 1. Spacious apartment, fully air conditioned, 2 bathrooms, city views. Access to swimming pool. Convenience stores and coffee shop at bottom of building. Very secure building. Excellent wifi! Our hosts were amazing! Full kitchen facility- perhaps need to increase the cutlery and crockery supplies.
