Not a good experience! For the price this is not good. Room was dirty, cockroaches and ant, ceiling board missing. Restaurant that's advertised and menu posted everywhere but it doesn't exist! Hotel is not maintained. Staff do not know English so communication was very difficult, for this price point and what is advertised. Our deluxe sea view is only a partial view. We had to ask multiple times for the room to be cleaned daily which was only a 2min clean. This hotel should be advertised at half the price!

The hotel is extremely beautiful, my family booked a sea view room so the morning was very nice, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was good. The reception and staff are super friendly and supportive. My relatives left the airpod in the room, after boarding the plane back to Saigon, they remembered that it was forgotten, but the receptionist still supported me to transfer the device by GHN.

I think this is a pretty good place. The city center is not far and very close to PQ airport. Staff is extremely attentive and dedicated, especially a receptionist named Phi. Although I booked a sea view room for 2 people, I only got a side view of the sea. Generally quite ok. Breakfast is suitable, neither too much nor too little. There are some minuses about the hotel being a bit old, for example the TV or the bathroom. I hope the hotel can improve the furniture even if I have to spend more money, But with this amount of money, it is too suitable.
