Payment terms - Payment method: Cash, card, bank transfer - Please bear 4% bank fee for payment by cards (Apply to all types of Visa/ Master/ Domestic card) - Please complete payment according to the booking at the time of check-in. In case of room extension, please pay in advance of the extension period to continue the stay. Service costs incurred (if any) must be paid immediately upon using the service. General information for check-in regulation - Provide Government-issued photo identification/passport required at check-in procedure - Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in procedure and may incur additional charges or in some cases of making loss, damage and dirt linen stuffs, a compensation fee is applicable 1. Early check-in/ Late check-out 2. Breakfast service (Pay at hotel) (* Package included) Guests booked in breakfast included rate plans receive breakfast vouchers for the number of registered guests at the check-in time. Breakfast vouchers are not transferable to guests booked in room only rate plans or stay at other rooms 3. Laundry service is offered for the stay from 5 nights (not providing iron service) - Price list available 4. Shuttle airport service 5. Compensate for dirty bedsheet and linens 6. Compensate for loss and damage (Decorative items, key card, hair dryer, kettle, etc.) 7. Smoking smell in room 8. Cooking service in room - Children policy: Children 6 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent’s room, using existing bedding - Maximum 2 person in a room, an extra guest is required for the older child with surcharge mentioned - It is strictly forbidden to bring weapons, explosives, inflammable, narcotics (drug), prohibited goods (durians, shrimp paste, red dragon fruit, mango teen), pets and bulky assets into the hotel - Please preserve your valuables and personal items yourself or contact the front desk for storage assistance. The hotel will not be responsible for handling any situations that arise in the room - Please do not receive guests (over quantity) at the hotel after 11:00 PM. In case of staying over, please contact the front desk to be supported for booking - Cooking service (chargeable), no spices provided, basic utensils provided for warming food.
