The view from our room was exceptional, I didn’t even want to leave when our trip was over. Bathroom was clean, room itself was spacious. Breakfast was a bit disappointing to us. The front desk and other services were excellent. The only thing ruined our stay were the noise from the several constructions around the hotel (which seem to last for a few more months since they just got started), and the roosters who would start screaming at 4 or 5 in the morning and keep on going throughout the day.

Great hotel, choose a room with a view, well worth it. These rooms provide you with spectacular views across to Fansipan. Helpful staff, just over 5 minute walk to the centre. A good hotel as well to start a walk to Cat Cat. Great new modern spacious rooms.

The hotel is a bit far from the center but the service is excellent. Good food, clean, nice view swimming pool. Traveling by family car is reasonable because the way to the hotel is dark.

Mình chọn phòng Delux cho hai đêm ở Sapa. View rất đẹp. Do toàn ngủ nướng nên không ăn sáng bữa nào ở khách sạn cả. Nhân viên khách sạn rất nhiệt tình, nước nóng luôn sẵn sàng. Một nơi đáng để quay lại. Hy vọng khách sạn luôn duy trì được dịch vụ như thế này và có thể phát triển hơn nữa 😊

We booked two rooms: one for 2 people and one for 4 people. The room is definitely more beautiful and spacious than we expected. The facilities are new, modern, and clean. The staff are friendly and supportive. You should book a room with the view of Muong Hoa Valley. The view in the morning is quite breathtaking. Talking about morning, it offers a decent variety when it comes to the complimentary breakfast. I specifically recommend ''phở" (Vietnamese noodles), good for a chilly winter morning. The hotel also offers heating-&-cooling air conditioning, perfect for comfort during any weather. Overall, really we are overly satisfied with our experiences with The View Sapa Hotel. It definitely surpasses the 3-star that it claims.
