the toilet is very dirty (the walls are moldy, the shower sprays all clean clothes with water, the sink is very dirty, the mirror is stained and not cleaned, the drain is clogged with the old guests' hair not taking it out, causing the water to drain very well. slow, the spray nozzle shelf slipped and the screws wanted to fall off but couldn't be tightened,...) the room didn't have a makeup mirror, the curtain creaked when turning over, the blankets and pillows were still stained yellow and not clean,... he was wearing a shirt The security guard who was checking in took the customer's ID card and lost it, then stood and argued with the customer when he asked the customer to give him the ID card (even though he had already given it to him). An apology to the customer for wasting the customer's time just standing there blaming someone else for it!!! Overall it was too bad and there won't be a next time

It was a last minute booking during Tet holiday. Checked in at 10pm. The room was motel-like, nothing fancy. However it had a bad smell, prob came from the toilet. It was also close to the street so very noisy-I could hear the motorbikes at night. Acceptable for one temporary night. Not recommended if you want aty peaceful & relaxing.

Receptionist made it difficult when I got F0's isolation completion certificate, asked for a quick test result, after a while of talking, I also let him check in. The room is dirty, there are 2 dead cockroaches next to the bed, the toilet does not have hot water, the old door is not close, is open.

Because the hot and cold air conditioner broke down, I was transferred to a more advanced room; Everything is ok but the soundproofing is bad, I was sleeping, there was an uncle who said very loudly. On the second floor, I heard it clearly uncomfortable, while he was sleeping, he spoke with all his soul. The room is more advanced so it's also new, when I arrived it was more than 14 o'clock but I haven't set up yet, the bed sheets are not very clean because they have not been changed ... near the sea and the center. Enthusiastic staff ❤️

Going into the epidemic time ==> the hotel is empty so there are many rooms available. I have a habit of smoking, so I asked the hotel to change rooms with windows. The hotel agrees to change rooms with windows but an additional surcharge of 100k. the room is not much bigger. the room didn't have any sound so the outside said or what we were doing in the room were very loud and very clear. Going out to play or go to the toilet and then go back or do anything out of the hotel must return the room key to the reception. This is a bit of a mess. boring vacation 😩
