Never stayed the second time, put in the room, the room was too small than imagined, when I entered, the toilet was very smelly, told my grandparents that he was very uncomfortable, then the solution was to move into a smaller room. lots of it, extremely small beds with the promise of a reduced room rate. But no, a month has passed, nothing less here. If you want to have a fun experience in Hue, it's best not to choose this place to stay.

There was nobody to check me in as I arrived early, and the lady cleaning the room kindly gave me a room. The room was small and felt poorly ventilated. There was also a stale smell. The bathroom was located at the first floor, and could've been cleaner in my opinion. It seems like nobody was manning the counter, and I only met a staff at the second night of my stay. Did not try their advertised free breakfast because could not run into any of the staff at the reception desk.

Coming to tintin is like coming home. At 9am by car to Hue, got car sick, but as soon as I got to the hotel, there was no one. I wanted to call to ask for luggage because it was not time to check in, but the good owner told me to just take the key and go to the room to rest. Whoa. That's good natured. At noon, the owner also lends me a hat, guides the way so that I don't get caught by the police... In general, staying here is like being at home, comfortable and clean.

- The service attitude of the staff is extremely terrible. very very bad. I hope that no one encounters this bad hostel same me used to see... - When I arrived, there was no reception. Calling and talking was very annoying and when I asked them to come back to carry the luggage because it was very heavy, the staff asked very annoyingly, "Can you go with 2 people without carrying your own things upstairs???" Hope no one hires this place with bad service attitude.

I stayed in room 201. I received my room at 3pm. Entering the reception hall, there was no one to assist. Called and did not answer. When I called to check in, the owner said ok. Waited for another 20 minutes and no one greeted me, I called one more time, he said that no one had booked that day. I'm so tired of showing him the booking information on the app, he told me if this app is an official app, it's okay without the check-in information. Sitting for another 10 minutes waiting for me on the phone, he still wouldn't let me check in and he suddenly shouted if my name was Tien. Say it right. He found that he booked a room but the app sent a confirmation email not as usual and then he took the tool to clean the room. The two of us were so hungry that we went out to find something to eat about 30 minutes later, we still couldn't get the room because the room was not cleaned. After sitting for a while, the photo was released to the room. Step into the moldy room, the sheets and everything in the room are very bad. The toilet is like a disco with white lights, the wash table is clogged with water.... not like in the picture but the app is up. Utterly disappointed. In the hotel book, breakfast is included, but actually in the mornings, I didn't know what the food was, so the two of us went to find another food. Stayed there for 2 days but met or even bit the owner's name. In general, my experience in Hue was a complete failure from the plane. Go to the hotel. Came to the rental car and everything And was very unhappy because of the very slow response from the app.... lost hope a lot
