Oh my gosh, everyone should book this place, the owner is cute + with a clean room, a beautiful view like this, so what can you complain about? I was shocked when I received my room, the towels in other places I booked were yellow, but here the towels are pure white and very fragrant, full amenities, kitchen, pan, everything is there, if I have the chance to go again, I will book this place 🫶🏻

I don't know what the internet says but I'm quite surprised with the space here, a cheap price for a big room like this, although there's no sea view but I find it extremely reasonable, should try.

The room had an unpleasant smell, the sofa was very dirty, the blankets and pillows were dusty, and there was a very smelly blanket in the wardrobe. There were 3 of us, we booked an extra bed but it wasn't there, there was also no extra pillow and blanket for the third person, we pulled out the sofa bed to sleep temporarily but the sofa was so dirty we couldn't lie down. There were clothes hanging everywhere on the balcony. The toilet drain cover was full of hair. Quite a bad experience.

First of all,
The room management representative apologizes to the customer. However, during the customer's stay, we did not receive any feedback from the customer, so we do not know how to reduce the room fee or change to another room for the customer.
extra bed is an extra sofa bed. In the Song apartment, all extra beds are sofa beds, not extra beds.
As for the clothes hanging on the balcony, in the apartment the balcony drying rate is almost 80% because we have to wash and dry every day to keep up with the schedule for the guests.
We will take note of the hygiene issue and arrange the drying clothes properly.
