Although I only stayed 1 night at the Impredial Hotel to visit Hue city, my family and I were really satisfied. The hotel is splendid and luxurious. From the lobby to the elevator, hallway, etc. The rooms are clean and tidy. The view is beautiful even though the room I booked was only the City View. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy evening tea or coffee on the 16th floor at night to watch the peaceful Huong River. The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. Great experience when coming to Hue. Will definitely come back. Vote.

The staff is wonderful, especially Van Duc. He was incredibly kind. He helped us book our car from Hue to Da Nang. The rate was better than what was shown on Grab. He also provided great recommendations to a local bun bo Hue place that is a short walk from the hotel. The condition of the hotel was fine, but there was a strong mold smell and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. Overall, the staff really made the stay bearable.
