Great staff, but overall a lot of mold in the room , could be cleaner

Clean, comfortable, accommodating and friendly service

Small private accommodation with a small pool and convenient location, only a 15 minute walk from the center. Not accessible, do not recommend if you have heavy luggage and/or elderly people. Rooms are grim, with no hairdryer, stained bedsheets and towels. Free bike rentals available. Hosts have good English, will offer private taxi service and but can come across as pushy. Livable accommodation if you want somewhere cheap to stay for a night or two.

Don't expect much. The rooms are basic. You will need to ask for things like toilet paper and they will not provide fresh towels for subsequent nights. Wifi on the level I was on was just notconnected They do not make up the room nor do they remove rubbish However, if you don't mind all that, the location is a 10 mins walk to the edge of Hoi An old town centre .

Property is a beautiful ‘mansion’ & room was very spacious with a large, comfortable bed. Bathroom is very basic but covers requirements. Good aircon & wifi. Pool is small but clean, & nice & cold after a hot day out & about. Host was lovely & available to answer queries, organise transport etc. This is a no-frills property ie no servicing of room for 2-night stay, which is perfectly fine considering the very cheap nightly rate. Property is approx 5-15 minute walk to the busy parts of Hoi An.

The place represents good value for money. Well located (although not well sign posted) and easy walk into Old Town. The room was big, comfortable and the balcony was great. The small pool was also really well presented. Overall, the building and paintwork could do with some TLC as there was evidence of damp in places. This is more akin to a homestay, not a hotel, so don’t expect great service or attention.

Villa is fine although the pictures are flattering.Had no balcony.

Quite area and not far from town ,helpful and friendly staff

Property was lovely with a nice little pool great on a hot day our room was on the first floor and had an enormous shower didn’t like the glass cubicle toilet though. The only other thing was there wasn’t much around that location bars restaurants etc and it was quite a walk into the old town.

Loved our stay here - friendly staff, quiet area and a great little pool to cool off in. Stayed longer than initially planned because we liked it so much.

We stayed 2 nights at Unity Villa. The hotel itself is beautiful and seems quite new, but it is very simple. The bedroom was big and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I don't think it was cleaned while we were there, just after we left, which is ok for us since we stayed 2 nights only but some people may not like it, when we arrived it was cleaned. We needed a shower cap and it didn't have on the room amenities. We did not really interact with the hotel's staff, they didn't provide any information pr map of the city.The hotel seemed quite empty. The location is not great but it is in a walkeble distance from the old center so if you don't mind walking it is fine. One day we came back late from the centre and we had a bit of fear because the streets were so empty, so for a single girl or 2 girls I would not walk back if it is after 10pm - Vietnam is very safe, but anyways. They don't have breakfast included. We overall experience was ok to pleasant.

Absolutely fantastic place and people. We arrived two hours before check in and were happy to wait but were instead checked in immediately without question. The room was immaculate. Would definitely stay again

Great place within walking distance of middle of city. The rooms are big and the pool is clean. Bed was comfortable as well. Only downside to my stay was the Air conditioner was dripping water on the floor about five minutes after turning it on.

Great price and the room is both clean and modern. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was really happy at this hotel and would stay again on my next visit. Must say pool (and common area) is a bit small and the location is good but still a 10 minute walk at least to the center of town. That said, I still rate the hotel very highly. Again, staff could not be nicer and the rooms are an amazing value at this price.

The staff were welcoming and the check-in was quick and easy. The room was modern, lovely and spacious. The bathroom shower and toilet were impressive plus clean and tidy. The staff offered me a map of the local area to help find my way around. For me the hotel was a little bit difficult to find as it was located down a small alley of Ly Thuong Kiet Road and the hotel sign was not easy to see. Anyway I like it very much and wished I could've stayed longer.

Great place 5-10 minutes out of the Hoi An’s hussle but close enough to walk in or use the free hotel bicycles. Would stay again as great value for money.

Hotel is as described and reviewed on tripadviser by other travellers correctly. Modern, clean and spacious room with a friendly reception. Central location for all the attractions in the town. However, the hotel was for me too noisy. There is currently going on some construction in the next door house which starts at 7am and then there was a number of nearby restaurants which turned up the volume of the music; so that I couldn't get any rest after the sightseeing. It will be quiet after 22.30 so the guest can get a good night's rest.

Highly recommend this villa. Huge family room with great facilities and the pool is wonderful. Short walk to the old town made everything easy

Beautiful rooms, nice big comfy bed, stayed for 5 nights. Owner very accommodating, juggled the rooms around so we could stay an extra night after the buses out of hoi an were full. Good wifi, located slightly outside hoi an old town but free bikes to use to explore the town were brilliant facility but the tyres could be pumped up a bit. Can be noisy with music at unsocial hours and construction nearby early in the morning. Otherwise fantastic stay. Would stay again.

Very helpful staff! Hotel close to everything in Hoi An. Nice big rooms that look very new and a pool to cool off in! A+
