I stayed here for 1 night only and found this place quite ok. For every bathroom, the shower was broken, and the toilet didn't seem to have been thoroughly cleaned. In return, the owner and the staff are quite nice.

Having been in Urhome a lot of times, I was very satisfied in 1 and a half months but last time I was extremely disappointed. The previous hotel owner was Anh Khoa, but this time I was told that the hotel was transferred to another owner, which is why the hotel became so much worse that it was not worth the price of more than VND 500k per night. The receptionist was very enthusiastic, but the room was dirty, the old towels were watercolor, hard and dry like the whole year had not been changed, the bed was sunk in back pain, the blanket looked old and dirty and the room was not clean. will. If you do not ask, no matter how many days you stay, the staff will not clean the room and I told you to clean the room, the staff will empty the trash and finish it, not cleaning the floor or scrub the bathroom door like before: ((.I feel like asking her not to clean the floor, she only told me to forget that she cleaned three times and then I still look dirty.) Every time I go to Hanoi, I am here but I guess this time it is. The last time I was in Urhome, I hope the hotel will improve to be the same Urhome as before.

The hotel is located in lane 277, Quan Hoa so very quiet. Opposite the hotel there is a small park but it makes me feel very peaceful. I put in the discount, so I found the price very good compared to the quality here. Well, the only minus point of the hotel is a little secret room because there's no window but that doesn't matter :))

Urhome in a quiet location, friendly polite staff There are elevators and phones from the room to support is a plus point because some apartments with the area are missing 2 facilities This upstairs has a kitchen so it can cook or borrow tools, but the stove is a bit dirty and messy because it is a common kitchen

Clean rooms, cute furnishings feeling close to home. There are also eating bowls, chopsticks and eating paper. I booked deluxe room so the bed was very quiet and comfortable. However, the network is poor and water is weak. If I have a chance, I'll come back.

Friendly staff, clean room but there was a problem with hot water. Dishonest cleaner! If you guys lost anything, please ask the receptionist because the cleaner wouldn't give you back until you asked for being clear. And don't leave anything which you think they are precious in the room! Btw the location is quite far from the center.
