Our check-in experience at Vinpearl was a bit underwhelming. After a long trip, we expected a smoother arrival, but unfortunately ran into some delays and confusion. It wasn’t the best first impression. However, once we raised the issue with the manager, Tuyet, she stepped in quickly and handled the situation professionally, which we genuinely appreciated. The staff overall were polite and welcoming, and their attentiveness did help to ease the frustration. It’s also worth noting that the hotel is quite far from the old town, so be prepared for a bit of travel if that’s where you plan to spend most of your time. All in all, the check-in wasn’t ideal, but it was reassuring to see that concerns were taken seriously and addressed promptly.

Truly a remarkable resort in every way. The service is impeccable. Very friendly and made us feel special. The 3 BR Villa with pool was perfect for us. We enjoyed being at the hotel pool and beach then relaxing at our own pool. Only slight negative was the food choices for dinner. We stayed 8 nights and a few of those days one of the restaurants was closed and the only option was buffet. Special thanks to Quang and Luu who took good care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend and will stay here again!

Beautiful resort! Staff is incredibly friendly, the breakfast buffet is huge and delicious! Very close to HoiAn, and the resort has their own taxis, to take you whenever you want to go. We would definitely stay here again!
