The reception staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The rooms seemed recently renovated and looked quite new. The only downside is that the solar-powered hot water was available during the day but not at night. Anyone concerned about this should confirm before booking.

The picture looks good but the facilities are also old, there is no hair dryer available, so call the reception, the receptionist attitude and say that the dryer has borrowed all, no longer, go to work but the attitude is too boring It's fine just to sleep and not be too picky

Nhân viên lễ tân rất nhanh nhẹn, check in mất chỉ khoảng 3' thôi. Bên khách sạn hình như thông qua bên homestay luôn, ở giữa có hồ cá và 1 cái vườn nhỏ rất xinh. Phòng sạch sẽ, có khoá từ nên an toàn. Mình chưa có ý định đi trung tâm Kon Tum lần nữa, mà chỉ đến thẳng Măng đen, mong là bên này sẽ mở thêm cái homestay ở trên đó. Xin cảm ơn khách sạn

Best hotel ever when traveling, cheap 330k with 1 room with balcony. First, there is a large yard in front of the car park, a beautiful room with pictures and a balcony overlooking a cute street corner. Utensils are carefully prepared. Printed price list for laundry, motorbike rental. Free drinking water in a separate glass bottle. The wardrobe has scented wax. Things rarely seen in hotels have met. Under the reception also prepares a list of restaurants and tourist attractions for guests when needed.

The room is clean, quiet, the equipment in the room is ok, quite complete. The hotel has swimming pools for both adults and children. The only downside is that there is no Twin room for 2 people. The case of 2 men sharing a double bed room is quite inconvenient. 10 points for the receptionist at this hotel (I forgot to ask her name). The staff is very friendly, polite, enthusiastic, always smiling.

I stayed 1 night here, the staff was enthusiastic, the room was clean, but my room's door was not tight, there was a small slot so outside smoking was flying smoke into the room, because my friend had asthma, so he was quite sensitive. hotel should fix. Left quality is ok, affordable price ^^
