Such friendly staff! A beautiful location and the room had a lovely view over the harbour. Clean, comfortable room with a sofa which we appreciate as we’re not comfortable to watch TV at night in bed. Excellent evening meal too.

We stayed in the lilac house and it was fantastic! Beautifully decorated and great little touches like milk in the fridge and decaf coffee pods. Definitely be back.

The appartment was in a good position at town end of harbour, close to shops and buses, which were good for walking the coast path.

What can I say…

I loved my stay here! Everything about it was perfect - my room was cosy and warm with all the facilities I needed (including a coffee machine!) and a sea view, the food was amazing (I ate here in the evening as well as for breakfast) and staff were friendly and helpful. If the price is right (I got a discounted rate this time due to having some one key credit), I will definitely stay again :)

A lovely hotel, very well thought out styling with everything you might want in our room. Staff are friendly and welcoming, the food was also very good. Its location on the side of the river is very picturesque, the car park is small but there is public parking nearby.

From the minute we arrived the service was fantastic. We had a delicious afternoon tea and then checked in for the night. Staff attentive could not have done more for us. Lovely that a lot of the staff were bilingual. Our room was large, comfortable and spotless. Harbour view. The breakfast was super tasty, plenty of choice with excellent service. Check out was speedy, friendly and efficient. Never disappoints we will be back. Highly recommend for a special treat.

The staff were really friendly and all Welsh speaking. Because of a major construction project affecting all the harbour area, there wss inevitable disruption but totally outside Harbourmasters' control.

We visited the harboumaster on a day trip back in March this year. We liked the service we recieved and noted that the resturant had a 1 star Michellin star rating so dicided to book a night this May As before the service was excellent, from check in to check out. Our room was clean, large and airy with dressing gowns and slippers on offer and had a big bath/shower room; the wife loved the bathroom lotions on offered. The only downside to our stay was that we were both a little underwhelmed with our evening meals. Food is very subjective and we undertand "one man's poison is another man's meat" it's just that we were expeting a better dining expierience. This being said we were more that happy with a nice mid afternoon complimentary coffee and cake and the breakfast was excellent. All in all we had a very good stay and enjoyed ourselves.
