We just love this place. Love the amazing style and period features, definitely not a faceless modern box.Fantastic views from our room on the top floor and good exercise getting there. Have stayed a number of times and parking has never been a problem. The breakfast in the conservatory/dining room is great. There isn’t a lift so not suitable for everyone.

Breakfast choice was brilliant, fresh fruit, cereal, cheese and ham ,croissants, nuts and seeds, full cooked breakfast was very good. We had a bedroom over looking the sea and Llandudno which was amazing. Very oldy worldly in furniture which we dont mind, it had character, very clean and very attentive and polite staff.

No lift, requested ground floor apologies as none free, but then 2nd floor quite the climb! Limited parking, not disabled friendly.the room clean very dated and torn chairs ,which should be in a skip, cracks in wall ripped wallpaper..However fantastic breakfast and thanks for accommodating autistic grandson for his breakfast, it was clean and towels clean but in need of some TLC, staff great , shower gels etc provided steep hill which can't be helped, but fyi for those with mobility issues .

The room was very clean and comfortable and had the most stunning views overlooking the sea and Llandudno. We had no problem at all with the hotel, staff and the breakfast was good too. What we did have a problem with, though, was lack of sleep due to our very noisy, inconsiderate and disrespectful next door neighbours. The TV was really loud til well after midnight. They were shouting and arguing with each other very loudly. This went on on and off until well after 4am. Really did put a dampener on our stay.

Beech was within 10 mins walk, down a short steep hill, stayed on 3rd floor at the top, Unfortunately the heating wasnt working so was cold in room overnight for granddaughter. We reported next day at breakfast, someone came to release air in radiators, also given electric heater as they didn’t get very warm. Staff pleasant, decent variety at breakfast

Hotel located on a steepish hill, behind & close by the pier, with great views all over Llandudno. Greeted by Katie, who was courteous & attentive throughout, as was Eugene. A five minute walk into the centre with lots of pubs, restaurants & shops. Lovely long promenade to walk along and admire the sea and surroundings views. Only minor gripe is, the hotel is a bit dated, but charming all the same, and our bedrooom windows were difficult to fully close. This meant cold draughts at this time of year, especially on windy nights, in our sea facing room - probably a bonus in summer! We also had our dog with us, who enjoyed his stay, especially his bonus breakfast sausage, served at a table set up for us in the lounge.Would stay again.
