The staff and location are amazing. Very kind and hardworking people. The beaches were beautiful at the hotel.
The bed in our bungalow was awful. There is a bar that runs up the middle of the bed and my back pain was excruciating all trip.

The property, rooms, beach all beautiful and peaceful. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.
My only disappointment was the restaurant food.
For a 5 star resort the food was mediocre (at best).

We had the best over water bungalow… end of pontoon. Nothing blocking our view. Coral clusters under and around bungalows. It is the most beautiful aquarium! You must snorkel there. Food was great and the locals were super friendly. Room was exactly as the website. Staff were very professional.
