The bank issuing your credit card will check your balance first, then convert it to a monthly Installment Fee. Please ensure that your have sufficient credit card balance before performing the transaction.

This could happen when your monthly statement was printed before the installment request had been processed by the bank, which usually takes place within max. 14 days after your transaction date. You may ignore this as the correct installment amount will be printed in your next statement. However, if after 14 days you are still charged the full amount, please contact Traveloka Customer Service or your bank directly.
