General Terms & Conditions
1.
Traveloka offers the Best Price Guarantee for accommodation bookings. Find a lower hotel price on official accommodation websites and specific online travel agents only (booking.com, Agoda, Trip.com, Expedia, Hotels.com and KAYAK), collectively referred to as “Websites” and each a “Website”, within 12 hours of issuance of Traveloka e-ticket. If the lower price is not available on one of these Websites, the Best Price Guarantee will not apply. Claim Submission 

In order to claim the Best Price Guarantee, please:

1.
Complete the Claim Form here: https://forms.gle/UWfNbT8LquNkyQJm8
2.
Submit your Claim Form within 12 hours from the issuance of Traveloka e-ticket.
3.
Provide (a) your Traveloka Booking ID, (b) the name of the accommodation, city and country, and (c) the address of the other Website where you found the better rate, when submitting your Claim Form.
4.
The address of the other Website you provide must remain valid at the time of verification, and the accommodation must still be available for booking at the lower price submitted by you at that time.
5.
Provide a screenshot of the other Website that clearly shows the room name, room availability, room type, promotion type, check-in and check-out date, number of guests, and room rate, and any other details related to your claim.

PLEASE NOTE:
You don’t need to make an actual booking of the accommodation found on the other Website at a lower rate. You just need to show us your confirmed booking with Traveloka (Traveloka e-ticket), as our "Best Price Guarantee" applies to confirmed bookings with Traveloka only.
Traveloka Rights:
All claims are subject to Traveloka’s right and sole discretion to determine the validity of any claims, including but not limited to, determining whether the claim complies with all applicable terms and conditions as set out in these General Terms & Conditions. Traveloka also reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend, or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee campaign at any time, without prior notice.

Timeline to Claim

Within 12 hours of issuance of Traveloka e-ticket

Compensation Scheme
1.
If your claim is approved, the price difference and an additional 25% of the price difference (with the total amount capped at SGD 300) will be credited as Traveloka Points ("Compensation Amount") to your account within fourteen (14) days from the stay date stated on your Traveloka e-ticket.
2.
The applicable conversion rate between Traveloka Points and SGD is as stated on Traveloka’s Help Center here.
3.
The Compensation Amount will vary depending on the price difference between your booking and the price displayed on the other Website.
4.
Only one claim can be submitted per booking, and the booking must not be currently involved in another claim process.
5.
Once your claim has been approved, any booking change (e.g., date change) will void the crediting of the Compensation Amount to your Traveloka account.
Claim Eligibility

The compared details of the accommodation found on the other Website at a lower rate must be identical to your Traveloka booking, including:

Name of the accommodation
Room and bed type
Check-in and check-out dates
Same or more flexible and cancellation policies
Deposit policy (if applicable)
Number of guests (including number of adults and children)
Accommodation facilities and benefits (e.g., breakfast, spa, room sizes, free gifts, and Wi-Fi)
Device used during booking of accommodation
Payment method
SGD as the currency. Other currencies are not accepted.

The comparable accommodation must be available for instant confirmation at the time Traveloka’s agent checks availability.
2.
The lower price submitted must be the final rate as shown on the Website’s payment page, and must include all taxes and service fees. Any add-on fees included in the Traveloka booking will not be included in the Best Price Guarantee comparison.
3.
Best Price Guarantee is only applicable for accommodation bookings and for accommodations with 'Best Price Guarantee' labels, purchased from Traveloka through Traveloka's app, website, or mobile website.
4.
Users have to be logged in on Traveloka’s app, website or mobile website first before making their Traveloka booking to be eligible for Best Price Guarantee.
Payout Method

Claim Restriction

Best Price Guarantee claim does not apply to the following situations :

Reservations combined with other offers or promotions, or made as part of a travel package (e.g., accommodation + tour or accommodation + flight)
Reservations offering third-party loyalty program rewards
Reservation which concerns the usage of (a) any promotional codes or points, (b) any corporate, group or membership discounts or rewards, (c) any gift vouchers, (d) any private or packaged rates, and (e) any loyalty points.
The lower price found was also available on Traveloka
The screenshot of evidence does not reveal an identical product as the Traveloka booking or the screenshot evidence has been tampered with/edited.
Cashback or cash incentives received from affiliate channels
Any other reasons that may be considered appropriate by Traveloka
