General Terms & Conditions
1.
These terms and conditions govern the Best Price Guarantee campaign for Flights (“Best Price Guarantee”). By participating in Best Price Guarantee, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).
2.
Best Price Guarantee is only applicable to prices displayed by the following online travel agencies (“OTAs”) : (i) Trip.com, (ii) Expedia,(iii) Booking.com; and (iv) tiket.com. Best Price Guarantee does not apply to products from Traveloka and direct sales. An OTA is a website or digital platform that provides travel-related services, such as booking flights, hotels, car rentals, vacation packages, and other travel experiences. Direct sales refer to sales by air operators or airlines directly to end users through their own digital platforms, such as their websites or mobile applications.
3.
If your claim for Best Price Guarantee is approved, Traveloka will credit your account with Traveloka Points. Full terms and conditions for Traveloka Points can be found here: https://www.traveloka.com/en-sg/termsandconditions.
4.
Traveloka’s reserves the sole right and discretion to determine the validity of all claims, including but not limited to, determining that the claims meet all terms, conditions, and claims processing requirements.
5.
Traveloka reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time or cancel Best Price Guarantee without prior notice.

Claim Submission 

In order to claim the Best Price Guarantee, please:

1.

2.
Submit your Claim Form within 12 hours from the issuance of your Traveloka e-ticket.

PLEASE NOTE:
Please note that the user is not required to make an actual booking of the flight found on the other OTA. The user is only required to submit their confirmed booking with Traveloka (Traveloka e-ticket), as Best Price Guarantee applies to confirmed bookings with Traveloka only.

Traveloka Rights:
All claims are subject to Traveloka’s right and sole discretion to determine the validity of any claims, including but not limited to, determining whether the claim complies with all applicable terms and conditions as set out in these General Terms & Conditions. Traveloka also reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend, or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee campaign at any time, without prior notice.

Timeline to Claim

Within 12 hours of issuance of Traveloka e-ticket

Compensation Scheme
1.
Users must be logged into their Traveloka account at the time of making their booking in order to be eligible for Best Price Guarantee.
2.
Best Price Guarantee claim shall be submitted within 12 hours of Traveloka e-ticket issuance.
3.
Claim verification will be processed within 24 hours after submission.Traveloka team will contact you through e-mail with the verification result.
4.
If your claim is approved, you will receive twice the price difference in Traveloka Points (capped at SGD300) which will be credited to your Traveloka account within 7 days after the departure date stated on your Traveloka e-ticket.
5.
The compensation amount will vary depending on the price difference between your booking and the price displayed by the other OTA.
6.
The applicable conversion rate between Traveloka Points and SGD is as stated on Traveloka’s Help Center here.
7.
Only one claim can be submitted per booking, and the booking must not be currently involved in another claim process.
8.
The user’s Traveloka Points must be active in the country of Singapore in your Traveloka account’s default country and currency (i.e. “Singapore” and “Singapore Dollar” respectively). If you book any flights on Traveloka using any other country or currency, you will not be eligible for Best Price Guarantee.
9.
Best Price Guarantee is only applicable to the final price shown on the payment page (for both the Traveloka booking and the other booking) and must include all taxes and fees. Promotional codes, gift vouchers, private rates, loyalty points, and membership discounts are excluded.
Claim Eligibility

The compared details of the flights found on the other Website at a lower rate must be identical to your Traveloka booking, including:

Best Price Guarantee claim is only applicable to eligible flights purchased from Traveloka through Traveloka's mobile application, desktop website, or mobile website.
Best Price Guarantee applies only to selected flights on Traveloka. Flights eligible for Best Price Guarantee will have a "Best Price Guarantee" logo or label on both the flight search results and e-ticket.
Best Price Guarantee applies exclusively to round-trip and one-way flight bookings that meet the following conditions under a single booking ID:
- Flight must depart from Singapore; or
- If the flight departs from any other country other than Singapore, the flight must have Singapore as the final destination. Flights with Singapore as a transit or layover destination will not be eligible for Best Price Guarantee.
Best Price Guarantee is only applicable to flights purchased using the same payment methods (bank transfer, credit card, ATM, etc) and follows the same refund, reschedule, and cancellation policies.
Best Price Guarantee claim will be rejected if: 
- Your booking has been rescheduled, changed, rebooked, canceled, or refunded.
- A claim is submitted more than 12 hours after Traveloka e-ticket has been issued.
- The lower price is combined with any promotional code, gift voucher, flash sale, promotional event, or discount offers.
- The lower price is offered as a membership or loyalty rewards program, website or any rates requiring membership.
- The lower price is offered as part of a package, such as a flight + hotel travel combination.
- The lower price is part of a special rate or bulk rate sold to an organization, groups, or individuals but not to the public.
- The screenshot evidence has been tampered with/edited.
- Any other reasons that may be considered appropriate by Traveloka.
The following details of the booking on Traveloka and the other OTA must be identical:
- Airline name
- Airline class (Economy, Premium Economy, Business Class, or First Class)
- Date and time of departure and arrival
- Transit type (direct or transit)
- Number of passengers (number of adult(s) and children/infants)
 - Reschedule and refund policy
- Flight facilities (for example, cabin & checked baggage allowance, meals, and Wi-Fi)
- No ancillaries and add-ons applied (for example, additional baggage, insurance, meals, or cross-sell items (travel activities or accommodations)
Bookings combined with any promotional code, gift voucher, flash sale, promotional event, discount offers, or payment method discount will not be eligible for Best Price Guarantee.
Best Price Guarantee is only applicable to flight transactions made in SGD and is not available for transactions in other currencies.

The comparable flights must be available for instant confirmation at the time Traveloka’s agent checks availability.
2.
The lower price submitted must be the final rate as shown on the Website’s payment page, and must include all taxes and service fees. Any add-on fees included in the Traveloka booking will not be included in the Best Price Guarantee comparison.
3.
Best Price Guarantee is only applicable for accommodation & flight bookings and for accommodations & flight with 'Best Price Guarantee' labels, purchased from Traveloka through Traveloka's app, website, or mobile website.
4.
Users have to be logged in on Traveloka’s app, website or mobile website first before making their Traveloka booking to be eligible for Best Price Guarantee.
Payout Method

Claim Restriction

Best Price Guarantee claim does not apply to the following situations :

Reservations combined with other offers or promotions, or made as part of a travel package (e.g., accommodation + tour or accommodation + flight)
Reservations offering third-party loyalty program rewards
Reservation which concerns the usage of (a) any promotional codes or points, (b) any corporate, group or membership discounts or rewards, (c) any gift vouchers, (d) any private or packaged rates, and (e) any loyalty points.
The lower price found was also available on Traveloka
The screenshot of evidence does not reveal an identical product as the Traveloka booking or the screenshot evidence has been tampered with/edited.
Cashback or cash incentives received from affiliate channels
Any other reasons that may be considered appropriate by Traveloka

Accommodations only

General Terms & Conditions
1.
Traveloka offers the Best Price Guarantee for accommodation bookings. Find a lower hotel price on official accommodation websites and specific online travel agents only (booking.com, Agoda, Trip.com, Expedia, Hotels.com and KAYAK), collectively referred to as “Websites” and each a “Website”, within 12 hours of issuance of Traveloka e-ticket. If the lower price is not available on one of these Websites, the Best Price Guarantee will not apply. Claim Submission 

In order to claim the Best Price Guarantee, please:

1.
Complete the Claim Form here: https://forms.gle/UWfNbT8LquNkyQJm8
2.
Submit your Claim Form within 12 hours from the issuance of Traveloka e-ticket.
3.
Provide (a) your Traveloka Booking ID, (b) the name of the accommodation, city and country, and (c) the address of the other Website where you found the better rate, when submitting your Claim Form.
4.
The address of the other Website you provide must remain valid at the time of verification, and the accommodation must still be available for booking at the lower price submitted by you at that time.
5.
Provide a screenshot of the other Website that clearly shows the room name, room availability, room type, promotion type, check-in and check-out date, number of guests, and room rate, and any other details related to your claim.

PLEASE NOTE:
You don’t need to make an actual booking of the accommodation found on the other Website at a lower rate. You just need to show us your confirmed booking with Traveloka (Traveloka e-ticket), as our "Best Price Guarantee" applies to confirmed bookings with Traveloka only.

Timeline to Claim

Within 12 hours of issuance of Traveloka e-ticket

Compensation Scheme
1.
If your claim is approved, the price difference and an additional 25% of the price difference (with the total amount capped at SGD 300) will be credited as Traveloka Points ("Compensation Amount") to your account within fourteen (14) days from the stay date stated on your Traveloka e-ticket.
2.
The applicable conversion rate between Traveloka Points and SGD is as stated on Traveloka’s Help Center here.
3.
The Compensation Amount will vary depending on the price difference between your booking and the price displayed on the other Website.
4.
Only one claim can be submitted per booking, and the booking must not be currently involved in another claim process.
5.
Once your claim has been approved, any booking change (e.g., date change) will void the crediting of the Compensation Amount to your Traveloka account.
Claim Eligibility

The compared details of the accommodation found on the other Website at a lower rate must be identical to your Traveloka booking, including:

Name of the accommodation
Room and bed type
Check-in and check-out dates
Same or more flexible and cancellation policies
Deposit policy (if applicable)
Number of guests (including number of adults and children)
Accommodation facilities and benefits (e.g., breakfast, spa, room sizes, free gifts, and Wi-Fi)
Device used during booking of accommodation
Payment method
SGD as the currency. Other currencies are not accepted.

The lower price submitted must be the final rate as shown on the Website’s payment page, and must include all taxes and service fees. Any add-on fees included in the Traveloka booking will not be included in the Best Price Guarantee comparison.
