My visit to the Petronas Twin Towers was truly impressive. The view from the observation deck is absolutely stunning—Kuala Lumpur’s skyline looks beautiful from above, especially on a clear day. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. From the entry process, ticket check, to the lift ride up, everything was handled professionally. They were always ready to assist and provided clear guidance, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The area is clean, well-organized, and perfect for visiting with family or friends. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Kuala Lumpur!

Really great! Bought tickets for myself and a friend from Japan. Wanted to see the KLCC building. We chose 4pm and it was really ok, not crowded and it was ok to take pictures. The staff gave us 10 minutes to hang out at Level 40 and more than that at Level 86, 15 minutes.

Smooth experience visiting Petronas Twin Towers. Just showed the QR code and skipped the ticket counter. Went on a Friday morning and the queue was very manageable. Definitely worth it, especially going all the way up to the observation deck for the views.

incomplete information on Traveloka with regards to infant ticket 

Ticket exchange was very easy. Although the note asked for a barcode, I was still able to enter because I forgot to bring my printed ticket. Just scan the barcode from your Traveloka order file. Unfortunately, the staff were unfriendly.

We had a last minute decision to visit Petronas tower while on 2-days visit in KL. Tried to book a ticket from their official website and found out that the tickets were all sold out for 4 or 5 days ahead. To our surprise, we could still get 2 tickets for the next day from Traveloka. Petronas Tower visit is a must while you are in KL.

The ticket redemption process was fast, so arrive on time if you don't want to wait for a time slot after other more deserving participants. The observation deck on the 87th floor and the skybridge on the 41st floor were overly rushed, limited to only 10 minutes, even though we weren't satisfied taking photos or exploring the facilities provided and were told to go down to the 83rd floor to take turns with the next group. Meanwhile, on the 83rd floor for souvenirs, the time was free (not plotted) to shop to your heart's content. Compare that to the Mahanakhon Skywalk in Bangkok, where you can truly enjoy the views and take photos from various angles, without fear of being chased or rushed.

Petronas Tower staff are very helpful even though our tickets were late due to delays but they helped us, unlike the Traveloka team and their suppliers whose service was as slow as a snail 🐌 luckily I took the initiative to go to the location and it was true that I was immediately helped.

I really enjoyed the Tour. Even though there is not much explanation from the guides, but the experience we got was really good. We were taken to the bridge that connects the twin towers and we were taken to the 86th floor which is practically the highest point visitors can go up to. Breathtaking view! Recommended!

It was very enjoyable even though the weather when we arrived was rainy (so the view was foggy).

We can go up to the skybridge at the 41st floor and get 10 minutes there to enjoy the view and take photos. Then, go up to the 86th floor to see the view for about an hour and have our photos printed at the souvenir shop. Great and nice experience 😍😘

It's not complicated to buy tickets to the Petronas Twin Towers. You have to arrive on time. When you get there, just show the ticket you bought on the app, no need to exchange anything else. The staff there also provide really good service. Yesterday, we arrived 45 minutes earlier than scheduled, so we could see the history of the Petronas Twin Towers in the waiting room provided.

everything was good, it's just that at the last floor 83 we were given information about free time, but it turned out that there was still a time limit, especially when we were looking at souvenirs.

The staff is very helpful. The queue is very orderly. If you arrive too early, you can stop by the souvenir shops in the surrounding area. You can also see some of the paintings there.
