Lost World Tambun is very interesting to visit for families who bring children to play in the water, learn about the stars and several game rides.

The tickets purchased on this platform is good value for money, bought the full access to whole park and spent the day together with friends. Easy to redeem, just show the voucher to the counter and exchange for the ticket. Trustworthy website/app Staffs, pool attendants, and rangers were helpful and friendly to point directions or assist. Restrooms were clean Some unpleasant experience during the trip: 1. Not allowed to bring in our own water bottles containing plain water. You either have to keep in your car or pay RM5 for a small locker outside the entrance. 2. Food and beverage is super expensive, but taste was not up to par (e.g: RM4.50 per mineral water). 3. The staff with piercings manning one of the FnB stall (Captain's Treat - yogurt ice cream) was extremely rude and uses a bossy tone to customers, doesn't smile nor even say thank you after payment. But she was laughing, using a friendly and flirty tone when speaking with a male staff :) 4. The official Lost World of Tambun website was not updated with the pricing of the locker rental rates or tube rental rates. As of now, there's only Small (RM25) and Large (RM50) lockers, no Medium. Tube only have Double Tube, no Single Tube. 5. If it rains heavily on that day, all activities will be halted and tickets are non refundable :) 6. Amusement park rides were too little, its the same as more than a decade ago when I visited as a kid. Some areas of the park (e.g: an area of the hot springs) was still under renovation. Didn't get to see the hippo as advertised. 7. No segregation of genders in locker rooms, including no special area for disabled people as well. We witnessed a disabled child on a wheelchair had to cramp through the narrow hallways of the lockers with his parents. Overall its was a fun experience and memory created. Improvements for the shortcomings as stated above should be made given the price we pay to enjoy all the amenities and services.

We went on friday so the crowd was less & the weather is great. Almost no waiting time for all rides. Food pricing is same as outside but the beverage is pricey.

Very calm and best. I will repeat again when my son getting bigger.

Can't use the ticket, we are waiting long time to buy new tickets from counter, big family, many children too, wasting time and money, hope can get refund money from traveloka

definetly will repeat to come again. i have a great time in the luminumos park and the fire show is superb!!!

I and my family really enjoy our holiday at tambun. Really like how the dj makes the crown enjoy. Luminous forest and fire show are the best.

Would appreciate if can provide water dispenser in the park

The water park is the main show here, but unfortunately I'm not ready for it at that time, so I enjoyed other things there, such as animals show (tiger, bird, etc.)

There is no rhino frust.. it has come a long way. everything else is ok. There is renovation around the toilet so it's a bit uncomfortable.

Nice, second time visiting LWOT, only the one who didn't have the best first time can see the rhinos, this time I'm tired of walking.. the rhinos are nowhere to be found, the building is closed. Everything else is ok.
