All the staff at Bali Zoo are very helpful and friendly. Perfect experience for a first time visit.

This is my fifth time here and everything is still great. However, some of the staff are a bit lacking in service, hehe, but it's okay, they're human beings, after all.

The experience my family and I had wasn't what we expected. The place is spacious, but there aren't many animals. Perhaps this is due to the more affordable ticket prices compared to similar attractions in Bali? Furthermore, the food and drink prices are overpriced.

It's a bit expensive actually, if you come here, you should add a little to Bali Safari. Just win at the waterpark.

Our visit at Bali Zoo, including Capybara Connection, was wonderful. Our daughter loved to get in touch with the capybaras. Furthermore, the Zoo is well organized, including restaurants, internal shuttle bus, and options for feeding animals.
