I visited Penang Hill last June and purchased tickets through the Xperience app. The ticketing process was very easy and convenient, eliminating the need to wait in long lines at the ticket counter. To reach Penang Hill, visitors can take the funicular, which is quite comfortable and well-organized. The wait time is relatively short, and the views along the way are delightful. Once at the top, the atmosphere is cool and the air is fresher than the city below. From the summit, the panoramic view of George Town, the sea, and the green hills makes the experience even more memorable.

Redemption is easy. However the queue was terrible. As the visit was done on a Saturday, we took 2 hours to get to the habitat from the lower station of Penang hill. Suggest to visit this place during weekdays if possible. Overall experience is good. Just that the waiting time is too long.

This place is very interesting. We can spend time in the forest without getting lost and not limited by time. Although the queue to enter is extraordinarily long during the holiday season, but when in the forest it is not crowded. The staff service is very friendly and helpful to tourists. 👍

The first time the package was wrong, but they still refunded me, so I bought a new one and it worked fine. It was cheaper than the counter because it was buy 1 get 1 free. The atmosphere was great. The staff were helpful at every point, friendly, and very cheerful. The uncle at the entrance to the bridge gave very good recommendations. He was cute and cheerful.

Cheaper than buying at the counter, easy to enter, no need to exchange tickets, just use the barcode to pass through the gate, easy to walk, very shady, very cool, not too hot, lovely staff, very helpful, all entry points, including the restaurant, are very friendly.

It's a great place to visit! Specially for someone who enjoy nature. And also you have to walk along the forest which is pretty far i think but it's enjoyable and really pretty. Must try walking on the bridge and the transportation facility is good!
