Well, the lifeguard wasn't very responsive. I called out to everyone, but no one came to see my child, who had fallen and hit his mouth on a long chair near the pool, bleeding. I couldn't move because I was carrying an infant and a toddler, so I couldn't leave the area. I called out and shouted, but no one responded. Finally, a cleaning staff member came to the pool area, but only put on a gauze pad, but no manager came.

The children are happy because the guards are always alert everywhere, the water is clean.

It's really fun, it's clean and the room is rinsed with warm water which is clearly clean and safe... it's really easy to exchange, the friendly staff helped.

Bought to play with my nephew... really fun, a bit sad that we didn't play during the day. Because it closed at 5:30 PM and we still wanted to play. Next time we'll definitely come here again.

It was fun and satisfying trying all the swimming pool areas.

The waterpark was almost empty so it felt like we were the only people there which was perfect. Our group really enjoyed it and would love to come back again.

It's very comfortable, the kids enjoy being with their friends and the place is clean and not crowded, the food is delicious, and there's a prayer room too.
