There's no need to buy a ticket to the Nintendo World zone. Even if you buy one, the staff won't ask to see it. You don't need to register for timed entry anymore. It's a real waste of money and feels like you were taken advantage of, especially since USJ has already canceled the time-limited zone entry system. It's like being tricked into buying it.

Friendly staff, even queue is long but it moved fast enough

The selling application is too expensive and the bundled area is already closed (Kansai) and the expensive tickets are not the express ones.

The staff are super friendly, pleasant, and super helpful. They can speak English and make it easy if there is anything. The rides are really fun and the waiting time is relatively long, ranging from 20-130 minutes. It's better to come a bit later until evening because if you queue in the morning, but it's relatively late. The Hogwarts castle is really nice and very clean. The food is mostly beef, chicken, and fish, so for Muslim visitors, God willing, it's safe if you want to snack. There are lots of cute souvenirs and the prices are not too expensive. They also give you stickers for your first visit. It's really fun to come here, will come back soon!

when we came in December, many rides are closed like hollywood dream, the flying dinosaur and waterworld. too crowded on Nintendo world, many rides are only 3D games with 90 minutes line queue

Express customers shouldn't be given that much priority, or perhaps they shouldn't be given any at all. Everyone should be treated equally, queuing up like everyone else.
