The staff were very helpful when I brought my child along. When I had to go up the escalator and my child was sleeping, they helped me lift the stroller to the top.

When my family and I were there, it was too packed. The air conditioning didn't work really well, it added sultriness. Moreover, the fish collection also needs to be upgraded (lack of color variation), it's not eye-pleasing. Compared to some of the aquariums in Jakarta, it definitely was not worth the price.

Aquaria KLCC offers a lot of interactive activities inside. Various photo spots and the staff are also friendly and humble. The fish watching spot is really amazing! As a tourist, the price also still makes sense. Very recommended place to go with your family!
