The ticket exchange process is inconvenient. It took more than 10 minutes to exchange the ticket (not including the time spent queuing). The information on the website says that you only need to show the QR code to enter the gate, but you have to exchange for a paper ticket, which is inconvenient and contains incorrect information.

The ticket redemption took some time, it seems like the staff is not sure especially on the cable car staff. The rest is excellent 🥳🥳🥳🥳

Buying tickets on traveloka is very fast. But at the departure station, you still have to go to the ticket counter to exchange for a physical ticket because currently, Da Lat cable car station does not have a service to scan e-ticket codes for quickness. Hopefully next time, using e-ticket codes when buying tickets on traveloka will be more convenient when you do not have to go to the ticket counter to exchange for a physical ticket.
