I came really early in the morning... so the water was still really clean and refreshing

It's great, the atmosphere isn't too crowded, I'll stop by again next time.

Arriving at 3 o'clock, it was not too crowded with visitors on the weekend.

Spacious place, kids love it, lots of trees so it's shady.

The staff are friendly, the ticket prices are affordable, the place is clean, you won't be disappointed if you come here.

The staff was friendly, the ticket exchange was fast, especially since we used the birthday promo package, we only paid 11k + 1 companion, so we only paid around 40 per person and it was not difficult, just bring your ID.

The shower room is very dirty and the pool and not every ride has a guard. Minimal security.

Playing in the water is the most fun, especially since children can see the zoo or animal world, and what's interesting is that there is also Islamic tourism where children can learn about Islamic history at Transera Waterpark Harapan Indah Bekasi and Bom, Bom CAR.

Great water rides. Close to where I live. Ample parking. Plenty of gazebos. Plenty of bathrooms. The kids were happy. The staff was great. The place of worship was also clean.

Cleanliness is maintained, the staff are also friendly.

3 STARS, IN TERMS OF SERVICE IT'S OKAY, THE SWIMMING POOL IS ALSO CLEAN (BUT THE ONE FOR SWIMMING IS VERY DIRTY), AND THE KM & MOSQUE STINKS SO MUCH, IT STINKS OF URINE, IT'S NOT WORTH IT, PLEASE IMPROVE IT IN THE FUTURE, TRANSERA (BECAUSE THE BATHROOM IS IMPORTANT!!)

The staff is friendly, redeeming tickets is very easy, doesn't take long, the water is clean, the place is clean, it's satisfying because it's quiet heheheh.

The rides are quite interesting! It's just a shame that the sanitation facilities aren't well maintained.
