I went on Saturday around 11:00 AM and it wasn't crowded. The weather was nice, so the view from the observation deck was great. It would probably be nice to come at night and enjoy the night view as well. It's a rapidly developing city, and you can see skyscrapers under construction everywhere, so I think it will look completely different if I come back in five years. The view as it is now is only temporary. On the observation deck, there were exhibits related to the building's construction, an ao dai exhibition, and a small shop. There was also a woodblock printing experience space, although it may not be a permanent feature. At the reception on the 4th floor, I was asked to show the large QR code on the voucher, not the small QR code on the app's reservation page.

Perfect for taking parents and friends to Saigon for the first time to explore the city. The staff are enthusiastic and professional.

The view is high enough to see everything in SG. There is no time limit. If you want to see more scenery, come from afternoon to evening. There is plenty of spring water.

Because of the crowded conditions, I decided to buy a ticket for my 86-year-old mother to visit and observe the building on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 2025). Great experience to see the city 360 degrees view. The info on the screens was also useful about the places on the city. Would have loved to behave the opportunity to have tea or something while enjoying the view.
