They advertised buy 1 get 1 promotion at the time of booking. Prices were Buy 1 get 1 $80- pass $120- pass + all day dining So I went ahead and booked the buy 1 get 1 pass + all day dining for 120USD. When I went to the park, the “ticket” they sent was only for 1 person. I called and email customer service and they refused give the complimentary “get 1” ticket. Had I known, I wouldn’t have booked from this platform. I would’ve booked straight to SeaWorld’s website since they had the same promotion so I won’t have to deal with this bs. We ended up paying more.
