good, staff are friendly and helpful.. the ticket exchange process is also fast and the kids are very happy.. will go back again to play there

Very enjoyable and highly recommended. The staff are friendly and caring... The first time we went there, our child fell while running... the staff cared and suggested going to the ER even though no one was injured... from there, we always come here... and the staff understands and always offers to come here for help with photos... even though they don't ask for it, they just care. This is truly worthy of a thumbs up... the best in essence...

Arriving early isn't too crowded. The staff are very helpful with online ticket exchanges. There are plenty of rides and they're really fun.

by buying the ticket from Traveloka, it makes easier to enter the event. and they have promotion also if you buy it in Traveloka for 5 people's. all good, but I think all the facility need to be update so, people will have more alternatives to do there.

Playing in the basketball court is no longer provided When the children went up a little to play basketball, they complained that they were not allowed to.. until two guards came to see them playing excessively even though it was normal at Timezone. It is free for 2 years but not all children's games are allowed to be played even though their height is enough for the 90 high game
