Located on Jalan Kramat Raya, the Youth Pledge Museum provides detailed information about one of the most important historical events in the country. This building was once a boarding house for students who aspired to Indonesian unity. With an affordable ticket price of Rp. 5,000, the Youth Pledge Museum is a must-see if you're in Jakarta.

The museum isn't very large, but it's quite impressive. Besides historical relics related to the Youth Pledge, there are also audiovisual media that greatly assist in depicting the events. The staff are also very helpful. Mr. Asep, the cultural official, was very welcoming and helpful when we needed information related to the Youth Pledge. The other staff were also very helpful. The guide was also very helpful in understanding the history of the Youth Pledge.

It was great to see so many teenagers at the museum. This museum is about the Indonesian youth independence movement. We could hear violin versions of Indonesia Raya (the Indonesian national anthem) everywhere, and we took the opportunity to see the actual violin of W.R. Soepratman, the man behind the anthem. The ticket price is very cheap, only Rp 2,000, to bring out your nationalist spirit. There are many comics from the first and second congresses of the Indonesian Youth Movement that you can read while listening to the national anthem. Bring a guide with you to learn more about the movement.

Two weeks ago, I went to the Youth Pledge Museum... Wow, it's even cooler now because there's a hologram app in the congress hall. We can also record our future aspirations in the recording room as we exit the building. It's definitely cool...
