Attentive and enthusiastic staff. Modern and clean station. Should buy cable car ticket + bus ticket combo for convenience. Check cable car schedule before going out to avoid waiting.

Taking the cable car is fast but the waiting time in line is quite long. The staff doesn't know how to arrange and handle things, making the situation of pushing and shoving very unpleasant.

The trip from Hai Phong to Cat Ba is always more crowded with staff than the trip from Cat Ba to Hai Phong. There are not enough ticket sales staff.

2:30 is the last trip, but the staff told me it was 3:30 Run to the cable car station and it said the last trip is from 2:30, applied from 4/9

Although I have taken the cable car many places in both the South and the North, this is the first time taking the cable car in my hometown Hai Phong (although the cable car has been in operation for a long time). From the entrance of Sun World to the station, there are no motorbike taxis, taxis or transfers, you have to walk about 1.5 km with a lot of luggage, so it is very tiring especially on hot days. The shuttle bus service from the station to the center of Cat Ba is very expensive for customers.

The cable car is empty, I bought a ticket in advance, so just go straight ahead, no need to wait in line, 3 people in my family have a cabin, clean, spacious, the cable runs smoothly. The seascape is not very beautiful and the traffic is not synchronized when coming to the island
