The place is cool, not hot, the animals are quite complete, the snacks are delicious, the road access is easy to pass. Quite an interesting experience to bring children on an educational tour.

The place was good, we had a lot fun there. The facility was good, there were many chairs, wastafel all around the place.

The place is neat, clean, every staff is friendly. Every part is neatly arranged. There is a renovation for the new area, but it still does not disturb the order of the tourist spot.

The staff is friendly in exchanging tickets and attaching bracelets and giving directions to the rides there.

It was a great experience because we could interact directly with the animals here, from just looking around to feeding some of the animals directly. The animals are also quite diverse. The place is quite shady so even though we only walk around (don't rent an e-scooter) it's still very comfortable because the atmosphere is still relatively cool!

Happy to be able to play at Lembang Park Zoo, there are many animals and also many places to eat. Even though it's hot, it doesn't feel hot, because it's in the highlands 😊

there is a disney princess dance show and a story line about pirates and involves some animal attractions there, very fun especially for children. then there are many animals here, unfortunately we can't see all of them because the weather suddenly rained heavily. the staff also helped us a lot when it rained heavily, he offered to take a free shuttle car to the front lobby. so we didn't get rained on. then we also got a free goodie bag per person.

It is the clean version of local zoo and the smaller version of Batu Secret Zoo. But considering the price, it is very worth it!

I had a great time at the Lembang Park and Zoo. The place was clean and the animals looked healthy. My favorite part was the bird show and Kampung Satwa. The staff were kind and helpful. Overall, it was a fun and educational visit. So recommend ✨

Visited the zoo and had a great time with the kids. The animals looked healthy and well cared for, and the enclosures were clean. We especially enjoyed the safari. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a fun, educational outing for families. Will definitely come again for another visit!

Many renovations and changes in area, safari journey was removed from the Zoo ride facility but the ticket price remains the same as before.

It's fun to bring kids here. The place is quite clean and well-organized. But there aren't too many animals. It's suitable for kids under 12 years old.

Anyway, it's fun, highly recommended for a vacation with family.

My son really enjoyed feeding the animals there. The food prices were affordable and the food was delicious.

It turns out that playing at Lembang Park & Zoo is that fun. The kids are so happy. Bought tickets on the app because I was too lazy to queue at the counter... Although I didn't get a discount for this one, at least I didn't have to queue, just exchange the voucher... Enjoyed the app so far..👌👍

A great zoo with an affordable fee. We saw a lot of species and fed the birds. Every critter seems healthy.
