Educational tourist spot suitable for families. The place is spacious and clean, the price is also affordable.

The place is great. Been here 3 times. Many new things from the last visit. Maybe later it can be expanded again especially the safari show.

First time here 3 years ago and this year back here again. And quite surprised also many significant changes more enjoyable. Cleanliness is always maintained and the staff is very helpful.

There have been many changes, the last time I was here the elephant village wasn't finished yet and there wasn't an animal village either. Now the animals are more complete. The ticket exchange process is easy.

Ticketing: Easy & Fast Fun, kids friendly, the place is clean, just bring an umbrella, it's hot, if it's already midday, it's better to come in the afternoon so it's not too hot

The ticket counter staff are friendly and willing to help exchange app vouchers, it's fun, there are lots of cool shows, the animals are well-maintained, and everyone outside is cool and gets an Astor gift 😂

walking through well maintain zoo is a good experience. animals look active and healthy living in a well made habitats and environment. definitely will go back again in the future.

The entrance fee is very affordable and there are a lot of animals, the track is also very stroller friendly. Although it's hot but the wind is cool hahaha. Next time I will come here again soon, because yesterday I came in the afternoon so I was in a hurry and didn't have time to visit all the animals and ride the bus hehe.

Last long weekend, I finally got to visit Lembang Park & Zoo—and it turned out to be more than just an ordinary zoo! A vacation to Lembang Park & Zoo is like a complete package: you can have fun, relax, meet cute animals, and get fresh air. It's perfect for recharging before going back to your routine.

The place is not too big so it's not too tiring. There are many chairs to take a short break too. In some spots there are trees so there are quite a lot of cool spots. The parking lot is spacious and there are feeders so you don't have to tire yourself out walking far from and to the parking lot.

First impression was very happy, clean, kids loved the many free souvenirs.

Although the place is large and the land contour is up and down, it doesn't feel tiring, because overall the buildings, roads, parks, and views are beautiful. The animals are well-maintained. The children were satisfied seeing various animals directly.

Highly recommended for children's education, the staff service is also very friendly. Keep it up 👍

Nice place, lots of different kinds of animals, clean, the drinks they sell are also delicious.
