The water in the pool felt lukewarm. It wasn't refreshing at all.

It was fun, the kids were happy all day there.

From the front, the place looks clean. The front bathroom is clean, but I don't know why it smells really bad. Some of the games are already turned off. The swimming pool is okay, with plenty of lifeguards. The cafeteria is reasonably priced.

It's relatively quiet here, so you don't have to take turns taking photos. There's a lot of information about Banyuwangi, and you can learn about interesting places in Banyuwangi like Ijen, Muncar, and Alas Purwo. The Science Center is really cool, the staff gave a lot of knowledge about science and let you try out some of the equipment. Once you got to the rides, some of the rides weren't operating. There's a canteen inside, so you can eat and buy snacks, but the prices are a bit pricey, as it's a tourist attraction. The swimming pool is crowded and quite clean. I tried the 4D cinema, which was pretty good. If you're looking for a family getaway, you can come here, but don't forget to bring your swimsuit to make it even more fun.

So much fun... A fun and challenging kids' pool, satisfying games, and exciting and thrilling shows. It's worth it to spend just 50,000 Rupiah and get all you can eat.

Everything is good, the only downside is the ticket exchange. When it's busy with visitors, the queue is already quite long when they open two counters, but suddenly they only open one counter. As a result, the queue gets longer and many visitors complain.

This is my second visit with my family, but at first I was disappointed because online tickets were not given special services & separate lanes so I still had to queue for a long time like on the spot tickets. Some of the officers I complained to didn't know anything about the rules until finally I had queued for a long time before being called & a special online ticket counter was opened, but the readiness of the officers in serving was still very lacking & took a long time. for the games, it turned out that there were no officers to replace the guards so that visitors who had queued for a long time were told to come back and wait for about 40 minutes during the officers' break time. the bathroom where you can rinse off after swimming is also still lacking so the queue is long. hopefully in the future the management & facilities will be improved.

Recommended with discounted entrance ticket prices in the app 40k, the queue for rides is not too long even on weekends.

Overall it's okay, even though it's crowded, it's still comfortable and all the rides can be enjoyed well.

The staff at Banyuwangi Park are all very friendly and the service is also the best.
