pick up was almost 1 hour late from the initial agreement, the initial agreement was at 7 am, then the staff said they would pick you up at 7.30, but it turned out they arrived at 8 am. entrance fee paid again VND 10,000 most of the staff can't speak English, ticket exchange was very confusing, it turned out the ticket to hang station was different from the one in the photo. should have included photos of each tourist attraction so you wouldn't be disappointed when you were there. hoping to go to the big Buddha statue, it turned out it was different from the ticket that had been purchased. the ticket to hang station is not very interesting, only a few temples and you have to climb a lot of stairs to enter the mountain. the trip from the bottom to hang station via cable car takes 5 minutes. it is recommended to wear a thin jacket and hat because it is very hot and scorching. pick up again also said at 4 pm, but it turned out we arrived there at 4.30 am. very untimely. quite disappointed with this 1 day tour

Great view, helpful staff. Went to the temple but because I went between 3-5pm, the road to the cable car was clear and I didn't have to wait long.

the van was quite old and it was uncomfortable if you got the seat in front with driver. the door just suddently opened and the tire accidently blow out during our trip.

Buying tickets online will be faster, no need to worry about losing tickets when buying directly (because of paper tickets) but must have 3G or wifi to connect to scan barcodes
