Enjoyed the Changi Experience studio most, wished I had more time there esp playing the games. There mirror was fun, the hedge maze was hard on breathing except the flowers surprise part, skipped the slides & rope bridge which we didn't feel comfortable going thru them esp with bags we were carrying, vortax bridge ok lah, the rest I've visited so no surprise there

We spend some time in the Queue for Mirror Maze then only we came to know that we have to show our emails to get a paper ticket. Maybe a sign board confront of the Queue will help people what to do to use our precious time effectively

Redemption was easy, weekday crowd in december was ok. The xmas deco and flowers are pretty. Surprised to find live mandarin ducks.

Enjoyable Christmas day at Jewel

The redemption have to be improved. Unlike others (eg. Sentosa) we could simply use Traveloka E-Tickets. It’s a hassle having to redeem separate ticket especially when you’re with the elderly. Kindly feedback to Changi team too. The staff are also aware of such hassle. If not for the redemption, easily a 5 star experience.

The redemption was a joke, they expected printed vouchers and I don't have a printer at home because it's 2020 and most things are paperless or should be. It took 1 hour for us to queue to get the actual tickets, which made no sense since we had the barcode on our phone, why are you doing this? Then we were told that it would take another 2 hours for us to queue to get on!! Insane. Thankfully the one saving grace was that the ticket is valid till June so I guess we'll go when it's less crowded. For Jewel which is a new establishment and a world class tourist destination - this was disappointing and a bit shocking.

It was very difficult and fustrating to redeem the voucher with many steps involve ... the elderly and those not so good in tech stuff would not be able to redeem it. It makes us a person so low as trying hard to get that free $100 voucher 😣 going throught many difficult loops inorder to try to book. If the party have given some more heart and thought for those whom is not tech survy... i suggest don't give us the $100 but just pass it to orphanage so they will be able to buy better study material or better comfort material and in future by investing in them... they can repay and help our country standing if any of one were to ever succeed. This just my opinion.

No worth going especially during this Covid-19. Waiting time... around 2hr for the bouncing net.

Very bad experience! Purchased bundle ticket for 2 adults and 2 children but when I arrive at attraction there was only 1 adult ticket issued and help from traveloka took too long!
