Going on Friday was more boring than weekends and holidays, the staff seemed less enthusiastic, the water in the pools wasn't very hot, the jet pool didn't turn on, the lemons were rotten, the food was monotonous, and there was no entertainment room for children.

Friendly, attentive staff. Beautiful and super cool facilities. My family went at the end of the holiday so we really liked it and didn't have to wait long, we enjoyed it comfortably.

The facilities are great, the mountains around are very poetic. My family went quite early, we were there at 9am so it wasn't crowded, but it started to get crowded at noon. Going early has many advantages, no need to wait in crowds. The staff was helpful.

During Tet, you have no other choice but to choose the mineral bath & buffet combo. The combo price is 150% more expensive than usual. Due to the small number of people using the service, the jacuzzi is not fully activated like on normal days of the year. The buffet also does not have many options, especially the sashimi is not fresh.

Highly recommended if you just come from Ha Long Bay and want to look for a mountain view, so you can get the sea and the mountains. The price is also okay for the facilities because there are various pools and saunas.

The onsen is clean and well maintained, perfect for a long soak after walking around Ha Long Bay.

Yoko has a shuttle bus that picks you up at points in Ha Long City to go to the onsen, which is very convenient. The bus picks you up on time, the driver is friendly, and the ride is very safe. The bathroom is clean, spacious, and airy like in Japan. The buffet food is fresh and delicious, especially the sashimi. I will come back here with my family :)
