The staff were polite and managed the queue well. I arrived about half an hour early to get my queue number for my reserved time slot. However, the waiting area for the cable car was quite crowded and consisted of stairs, as well as limited space for the shops. You have to listen for the staff's voices to hear your queue number. I suggest the staff add digital screens to show the queue number so that those waiting further away can see it and don't have to crowd together in front of the entrance.
