Staff not friendly and accommodating, we had a that had medical conditions which can only play non-thrilled games, so we went to double confirm since their rating on the games are rather confused. Mostly are rated 2 while some are 3. So we wasn’t sure if the higher the score, the more slow paced the games are or vise versa. Upon reaching out, the staff showed attitude at us and irritatingly just asked us to move in to the queue without explaining further even though we have explained our situation. Some even shouted at us. It was really terrible. The crowd situation is another unsatisfying experience. There was no staff that has a proper organized plan or explain clearly the waiting time. Just merely asked people to queue up. The waiting time showed outside the facilities were inaccurate as well. It might showed 30-40 minutes waiting time, but end up you have to queue for 1 hour ++ or even some nearly 2 hours. It was extremely ridiculous. When asked, they will say it’s just a 10 minutes rides. Hence, the question why wait so long that it felt like a 30 minutes ride each batch goes in. When it’s our turn entering the facility, we got to know it was because staff inside was busy chit chatting that causes the delay. There was also no friendly tone that could get us indulge ourselves into the game. We entered our last game, which was the 3D planet of the apes game at about 5.30pm, the staff just merely rushed us in to the game briefing since they are closing soon. One of my friend was standing at the entrance and the staff just proceeded to close the gate anyway after the briefing. They just close just like that which causes my friend to be injured since the door hit on my friend. Safety concern was a big issue since they don’t care about the safety of the visitor at all.
